I bet a fair amount were hispanics who also voted GOP in 2020.  I bet they also turned out in smaller numbers in 2018 and I bet they will turn out in smaller numbers in 2022. 

I think the most at risk Republicans in 2022 are Republicans representing districts with a large number of hispanics because I don't think they are going to turn out big in 2022 and the ones who drop off are most likely the GOP leaning ones.  Without gerrymandering I'd expect both of the new Miami area republicans to lose.  Without extreme gerrymandering I think one will lose in 2022.
