No, but if a private citizen decides to assassinate him I'd be okay with that.
WTF? Condoning an assassination of a duly-elected sitting President in this hypo? That's even low by Atlas standards.

Jesus Christ, the fact that this many posters would support an entirely undemocratic action just because they disagree with the policies of the President. Y'all are some closet Fascists.

It's not about the damn policies, it's about the fact that he is unstable. Not understand why this country cannot use nuclear weapons is not a policy, it is irrational thinking.
1) Assuming Trump is unstable, which he is far from from both a legal and medical standpoint, there's a constitutional way to handle medical incapacity. It's called the 25th Amendment. Nowhere in that amendment does it allow for a third-world style military coup.
2) As the 25th amendment requires a declaration from the executive branch, you're not going to get a sitting President declared mentally incompetent. The shadow cabinet would be running things.
3) The alternative would be impeachment followed by a trial with a conviction on the charges by the Senate.
4) Any talks of a military coup of a duly elected President is un-American. No matter how much you despise him (or her). I would never advocate that for Hillary Clinton, ever.

Just image the forum's meltdown if the topic was "Would you support a military coup if Hillary wins the election?"

I'm referring to a military coup in an emergency situation. If Trump is going off the rails and bombing places left and right, then attempts to use nuclear weapons and a Republican controlled Congress refuses to stop him, then I would hope that the military would step in to temporarily stabilize things and call for fresh elections. Again, Trump is unstable and there is no way of spinning it.
Ummm... No. Point me to the provision of the Constitution that allows a third-world style military takeover of the U.S. Government...

If Congress and the President are on board, as they are in your hypo, the only way to stop it is via the Supreme Court (unlikely as they'll see it as a political question and under POTUS' powers as commander-in-chief) or the ballot box in the next election cycle.
