Though it pains me immensely to say it, I'd have to say Michael Steele

There is a danger that turnout among Maryland's African American Democrats might be supressed or worse still cross over to Steele, mistakingly thinking because he's like them on the outside, he must be on the inside

In New Jersey, however, I think the Democratic machine will be so powerful come November 7, that Kean is the least likely despite Menendez' flaws
