Would it be alright if I requested Tyland Lannister? It's been a while since I last played an ASOIAF game and I feel I rather need a source of fun given how RL is going.

I had forgotten about that, but did some research and found it happened on "The Iron Throne: https://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=255674.0

Those Small Councils were pretty fun - and detailed - due to player participation.
