Neutral (R).  As someone who comes from a church that places a lot of emphasis on modest dress, I can understand how this girl feels and I certainly commend her and her brother for standing up for what they believe in even in the face of fierce opposition from some of the people around them.  My church is so strict about modest dress that they will not allow skirts above the knees or even jewelry in some cases.  I don't necessarily have a problem with any of those things personally, but I can also see both sides.  I really don't know what to make of all these things, so Neutral it is.
