Not necessarily in presidential year turnout when North Carolina as a whole will likely be more Democratic, and her favorables will likely recover a bit.

I wouldn't say recover so much as say she will become completely anonymous. My guess? her name recognition will fall below 50% before 2020.

Hagan is a cardboard cutout with DWS's talking points. Democrats in North Carolina can absolutely do better. Heck, even someone to her left.
