Eh. Seems like a waste of his political capital. Strategically, he should be focusing on another campaign against Tierney.

Thats probably right, but if its within like 10-8 points I think that gives him more power in case he wants to try beat Tierney in 2014.

I'd say Tisei loses by 10, which is better than pretty much any other Republican would do.

For a Republican in Massachussets in a non-2010 year, that's winning.
