Monday, February 1st, 2021 : President Biden institutes his third executive order following stubborn resistance from the Republican Majority in the Senate. In this order, he lays out his plan for assault rifles, including : Mandatory Registration under the National Firearms Act, a $200 Tax for Each Assault Rifle owned, and an Extra $200 Tax for each High Capacity Magazine owned. This order is praised by many Democrats who call it decent movement on the gun control front while Republicans use it as a way to say that the President was never going to be moderate in the first place.

Tuesday, February 2nd, 2021 : The KeepNine Amendment, proposed in Late 2020 as a way to halt any potential court-packing, will hold it's first hearings on the arguments for it and against. It is expected said arguments will go well into 2021 and 2022, likely ending shortly after the Midterm Elections due to the highly partisan nature of the amendment with Democrats calling it an attempt by Republicans to steal the courts while the Republicans say it's to prevent the Courts from becoming a political rubberstamp

Wednesday, February 3rd, 2021 : Following weeks of failed Negotiations, President issues his third and what he says to be his final executive order for his first 100 days in office. In said order, he followed the advice of his chief medical adviser, Dr. Fauci, and declared a National Lockdown on all non-essential businesses anywhere from six months to a year in an attempt to keep people safe. Many Republican States, such as Florida, Texas, South Dakota, Mississippi, Missouri, and Montana, refuse to enforce such an order while Democratic ones, such as New York, California, Maine, Maryland, Vermont, and Massachusetts (the last three being the three of the five Biden states governed by Republicans. Associate Justice Neil Gorsuch declared the order Unconstitutional and requested that Chief Justice Roberts bring up Court Dates for both the National Mask Mandate and the Lockdown orders.

Thursday, February 4th, 2021 : Pope Francis passes away at the age of 84. As is tradition, the College of Cardinals are expected to gather in the coming weeks and hold a vote on who they believe should replace him, with the leading candidates being Cardinals Tagle and Parolin due to their age.

Friday, February 5th, 2021 : President Biden hosts Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Mexican President Andres Manuel Labras Obrador. In said meeting, he expresses interest in strengthening ties with America's neighbors and healing the damage caused by the Trump Administration. The meeting is seen by many as a positive as the Biden Presidency continues to work on healing relations that were fractured due to the Trump Presidency.

Saturday, February 6th, 2021 : After being looked at by Joe Manchin (D-WV), the renamed 'The Voter Security Act' is introduced to Congress having his full support. It is expected to go through the Senate Judiciary Committee before a vote is held later in the month.

An African American by the name of Johnny Micks is shot after running from Police in Alabama. This leads to the sparking of outrage in the black community and the creation of another round of protests from Black Lives Matter that is likely to continue well into the year.

Sunday, February 7th, 2021 : Congresswoman Elise Stfanik (R-NY-21) announces she will challenge either Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer or the Democratic Nominee  for the Senate Seat. A poll from Trafalgar shows her trailing Schumer 48-45, leading Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez 47-46, and trailing behind a generic Dem 49-44. While widely expected to make the race competitive, she is likely to be challenged by 2018 Gubernatorial Nominee Marc Molinaro, who trails badly.

Vice President Kamala Harris and Secretary of State Chris Coons return from their two weeks abroad on a positive note, stating that America's relations with their allies have been healed and now those nations are interested in further working with a Joe Biden Administration.

Monday, February 8th, 2021 : President Biden gives his first joint address to Congress in which he pushes for Unity in the country and to sow the divides that tear the country asunder. While having nothing of note despite slight success on the foreign policy front. The republican response is hosted by Senator Josh Hawley, who is considered a rising star in the Republican Party.

Tuesday, February 9th, 2021 : A poll released by the New York Times show a 15 point gap between Republicans and Democrats in the Generic House Ballot, which could indicate one of the worst house results for an incumbent party, though the Speaker is confident that the opposite will happen and the Democrats will have a chance at rebounding in 2024 after losing just 10-15 seats.
I don’t see why Joe Biden would implement a nationwide lockdown without some sort of income replacement. Other than that, this is an interesting timeline that doesn’t seem to far fetched.

2022 is way too early for New York to elect a Republican Senator. It might elect one in 2028 if Ron DeSantis wins in 2024 and ends up facing off against AOC in 2028 however, as AOC is not even well-liked outside of her congressional district anymore due to the fact that she sabotaged the Democrats in a lot of congressional races this year. Ironically, Elise Stefanik would be a great running mate for Ron DeSantis in 2024.
