#1   Marxist-Leninist Party
#2   New Democratic Party
#3   Progressive Conservative Party
#4   Bloc Quebecois
#5   Green Party
#6   Liberal Party
#7   Natural Law Party
#8   Alliance Party
#9   Canadian Action Party
#10   Christian Heritage Party

That was quite possibly the worst test ever.

I thought the Progressive-Conservative Party went defunct after the Mulroney debacle?

It did.  Neither it nor the Canadian Alliance (not "Alliance Party"...) exist anymore.  They merged to form the unified Conservative Party of Canada.

Not quite. It was decimated after Mulroney (won 2 seats in 1993), but came back to life albeit on life support before merging with the Alliance in 2003.

I meant it was defunct as in it no longer had any real chance of winning another election.

Which I suppose is not the completely correct use of the word.  Sue me. Tongue

This test is hella lame. I supported Paul Martin in the last Federal Election. Looks like Earl AW was right back then. He said I should support the NDP.

If you're taking absolutely anything from this test regarding who you should support in Canada, let me say right now that you definitely should not. Tongue

Dave

I'd... really like to know what they used as a criteria for the Marxist-Leninist Party, because this is not the first time it's seemed totally and utterly out of place and in an impossible location.
