Technically speaking, Bill Clinton was only president in the 21st century for roughly 20 days until George W. Bush was sworn in.

Regarding the question, as we only know of one single real president so far in the 21st century, I guess my list would be the following:

Well, okay, here's some speculation:

Bill Clinton (1992-2000)
George W. Bush (2001-2050)

Bush is reelected to a second term and then decides to declare himself Dictator-for-Life because he just knows that America will fall apart if he isn't leading it. Smiley
