Yes, although I'm pretty sure Ted Deutch, Kathy Castor, Alan Grayson, Patrick Murphy, Lois Frankel, Gene Green, Lloyd Doggett are also white members of the House from the deep South (and if Gwen Graham and Alex Sink wins, you can add them as well.  Additionally, Mary Landrieu, Bill Nelson, and (if she wins) Michelle Nunn are also from Deep South states.  Just saying Tongue

Geographically,  Florida is in the south,  but it's not in the deep south (culturally speaking).

Gwen Graham is. Sink just might be, but the other FL reps certainly aren't.
