Who brings the Christmas presents ?

I doubt most Americans are even AWARE of Christkind, except in the Cajun part of Louisiana.

I sure as Hell amn't. What is it?

An angel-type figure promoted as the primary Christmas gift giver instead of Santa in much of Central Europe. Ironically almost all are Catholic countries even though this was initially promoted by Martin Lutheran to downplay St. Nicholas. Pretty much unheard of in America except for amongst Cajuns. I think Quebec used to a lot of Christkind promoters too but eventually gave into Santa.
