It's clear Raffensberger doesn't want GA to be the one who puts Biden over 270. They'll probably wait till PA flip before reporting.
But why though?? It would be epic if GA is the state that ends the election

Because it will give the election to Biden. They were reporting past midnight last night but they chose to go home early tonight.

Wouldn't GA just push Biden to 269? AZ/NV/PA would be the state to push past 270.

Isn't Biden at 264 on AP and Fox? If Georgia declares then they will have to proclaim Biden as the winner.

Better to leave ambiguity so he can claim that there was fraud and cheating.

That is most likely the strategy.

Hayes was also a one-term president.

He did lose re-election (and probably would have won re-election somewhat easily).

He did not run for reelection.

I meant to put that he did not lose re-election and instead decided not to run for a second term.

Ok.

Likelihood of workers in very red and remote districts suddenly “finding” votes for Trump?

Not 15.000 of them.
