Sorry John but I can't vote. The socialist state might be more appealing to the Democrats and the Theocracy might be more appealing to some Republicans, but to a Libertarian both are unacceptable.

This post makes me even more thankful to be an American. Despite my frequent criticisms, it is still the best place to live.

why not Somalia? That's country's the best example of Libertarianism at work today.

I never said I supported anarchy. Take the U.S. government as it was when the Bill of rights was ratified, throw in a ban on slavery, and that would be close to a Libertarian utopia in my opinion. The government operated that way from the end of the civil war until 1913. Seemed to work well.

Oh come on, I would probably just go out in the blaze of glory. Make a spear and attack a clergyman or something! Die a martyr damnit!
Spears don't make much of a blaze.
It would be much easier if guns were permitted. Then we could start a serious underground movement to overthrow those two waacko governments. You should have had a second amendment!
