No, there's only like 5 left last I checked.  If Im wrong or right, then I'd hope we could all merge into a party with the current RPP

You have 5, we have 7.  And "merging with the current RPP" somewhat defeats the purpose of dissolution, no?

I.e. we get the RPP to join forces with us, as we infiltrate their new party!  Some Connie Mack-esque RPPers who wouldn't break forces will still be in there, giving us more influence then as our own party.  As of now there are 7 in another party, and if you guys join with us a certain neocon element will be diluted

Sorry if I'm not writing clearly; I'm tired and I'm not really proof reading what I'm posting Wink

I can't speak for their views but the POP members remaining have a sort of residual respect among Northeasterners. Other non-Liberal libertarians are ineffective.

liberal meaning social progressive, in the William Weld mold?

Btw, I agree that the POP has a certain...Well let's face it, just like in the real world there are plenty of libertarians who aren't members of the libertarian party, and some that stay mainstream, ex. In the GOP, are actually more libertarian than those who leave, case in point Ron Paul vs. Bob Barr.  Btw, we need to get people into higher office, and now the non-RPP can still join the Liberty Caucus (newly amended rules, see pgs 3-4 I think)
