so how many viable parties are there here?

I don't think any party here actually matters in the scheme of things. Party endorsements don't matter, you don't need party endorsements to gain ballot access, and parties don't have anything to do with actually governing.

For example, you'll see the latest disagreements between the three SDP members in the Senate. If parties mattered, you'd expect the three of them to hold party line.
