I'll sign #93. But since I crafted #92 specifically to include that provision Smiley, no dice.

The Lt. Governor could hold the title of Lottery Commissioner and could be designated as the person who compiles the initiatives and handles the elections. Just to give something to do.

The initiative states it clearly meaning there isn't any kind of interpretation to be challenged.

Depends on how you look at it. If you look at is as they won 6 out of 9 games, it's 67%. If you look at it as they won 6 out of 8 decisions, they are 75%.

Same here when either 12 out of 20 people approved it and 8 out of 20 didn't approve of it or 12 out of 17 approved it and 5 out of 17 disapproved of it.

# 95 takes it a bit too far. I'd rather not discover that the person allowed to carry a concealed weapon was crazy [b[after[/b] the crime was committed. Licensing is the gun control measure that actually makes sense to have.

I sign for #96 and #94.

2. This initiative shall not be construed to include hospitals, which may preform life saving abortions, in the aforementioned definition of "facility".

1. The Southeast shall form a permenant Prison Board to maintain the day-to-day operation of prisons under the Southeast's jurisdiction.

2. The head of this board shall be the Prison Commissioner and shall be appointed by the Governor. If the post shall fall vacant, the Lt. Governor shall fill the position until a new commissioner is appointed.

3. The Prison Board shall be responsible for appointing parole boards, enacting lawful regulations on conditions inside prisons, approving methods of rehabilitation, and carrying out any executive order by the Governor concerning methods of punishment.

Initiative 99: Public Assistance in Abortion Ban

1. No facility in the Southeast who preforms abortion for any reason shall be permitted the use of public money.

2. No agency of the Southeast government shall be permitted to aid, in any way, in the procurement or preformance of an abortion.

3. This initiative shall not be construed to include prisons or hospitals, which may preform life saving abortions, in the aforementioned definition of facility, as long as all abortions preformed are done under severe threat to the mother's life.

4. Failure to comply with this initiative shall result in the removal of 75% of the current year's funding in the next fiscal year. A second failure to comply will result in a complete removal of public funding for a period of one fiscal year. 5. Any officer of the Southeast Government who fails to comply with the terms of this initiative shall be fined $ 250,000 for each offense.

I sign for all three.

The replacement for the death penalty should be life in solitary confinement without parole. Anything less is simply disgusting, as is allowing some to actually rejoin society.
