For whites, no difference. For blacks, I'm not sure if Germany has many, except football players maybe.

Big deal, blacks were oppresed, I doubt whites were any less free than Germany.  Also, apartheid RSA has the same scores as Hugo Chavez. Yet Chavez runs a democracy. Right

Something to that effect. Afrikaners came in the 17th and 18th century and were driven into the interior by the British in the 19th century. Then came the Boer Wars. That's as far as my knowledge on this goes though.
