Would be a good strategic move. In hindsight it was somewhat selfish of RBG to stay all that time and not step down at some point when Obama was in office.

Ginsburgs plan was to have Hillary replace her

And she screwed the pooch when it mattered most.

He should step down today. But I guess he will once KBJ has had enough time on the DC Circuit.
