So basically they pass such a resolution and then Wolf and Boockvar tell them to go pound sand.

Please note that it's Fetterman posting that and he seems pretty cocky...

Pretty clear throughout all of this that PA Dem party is using the opportunity to give Fetterman the spotlight and set him up to either challenge Toomey or succeed Wolf as governor.

Or even beyond...

The board is deadlocked 2-2. The (Republican, obviously) chair said she’d consider certifying the results in areas besides Detroit. So brazen.

If Dem leadership had balls like this guy the GOP wouldn't dare do the garbage they've been doing the last 4 years.  The problem is there is one party that fights and another party that feigns outrage, does nothing to hold them accountable, then wonders why there is no bottom to the other party's actions.
Um, I don’t think Powell v. McCormack says what he thinks it says.
Technically he may be right. Powell v McCormack determined that Congress could not prevent a duly elected representative from being seated.

It did not reach a conclusion as to whether a member could be expelled.

Though Representative MussPascrell is unlikely to get a 2/3 majority.

Well according to those representatives, they weren’t duly elected.

Hahahahaha

It’s nice that she considers Rochester a BIG CITY. Come by, visit Frederick Douglass and Susan B Anthony’s graves and the National Toy Hall of Fame or whatever.
