The only thing I don't like/get is how his musical tastes are so unlike what you'd expect from a guy his age who lives in Brooklyn. But regardless, FF. Especially for his maps.
Do you know how populated and diverse Brooklyn is, BRTD? You shouldn't be surprised to meet ANYBODY from Brooklyn outside of a Republican.
Um there are actually
plenty of Republicans in Brooklyn. You can make, like, a 55-60% McCain district entirely within the borough, and you can do so without even drawing ugly lines. Just basically grab all the southernmost parts, which have lots of graying "ethnic" whites, Russian immigrants, Orthodox/Hasidic Jews, etc. (There's also a growing Chinese immigrant population down there, mostly displacing those ethnic whites, which isn't exactly Republican, but also has a lot of people who don't or can't yet vote.)
BRTD's surprise at the fact that there are still people who studied classical music in their youth, and remain a fan of the genre, is continually hilarious of course.
