Of course they do, and I give them Christmas presents. And my mother's parents give her Christmas presents and she gives them presents. (My father's parents are deceased.)
I dislike this child-centric notion of Christmas where anyone over age 18 is undeserving of gifts. Besides, there is no one under age 18 in my immediate or extended family so that would make for a very boring Christmas.
