The 10 week option would prevent the most abortions, so I'll go with that even though the government funding is reprehensible.

No, it would prevent the most legal abortions. You'd still have women going to Mexico and dying of kidney failure from improperly-made black market abortifacients. But let's continue to restrict abortion so that fewer abortions are attempted. Let's have a War on Abortion. After all, look at the War on Drugs. That worked out great.
