More seems like a dogwhistle to pedophiles if nothing else. Kids under 13 shouldn't be on twitter.

What is this even supposed to mean..?

Big Bird isn't meant to appeal to normal adults; kids under 13 shouldn't be on twitter (because of TOS and if you're a good parent).  So who does that leave?
