Be it enacted in both Houses of the Atlasian Congress

Make Peebs Happy Again Act

1. Section 14, point 6 of F.L. 1-9: Federal Election Act shall be amended as follows:

6. Any political party of three five or more members that has a total number of members equal to or greater than two percent of the total number of Register voters is considered to be an organized political party.

2. This bill shall become enacted immediately after passage

2% is a bit of a strange threshold, but I'm open to adopting this amendment. Senator Vern, why 2%?

I didn’t want to make it too high but 1% was too low. I really like it tied to a percentage because the number of members will always be Reasonable no matter what the population is

Can I suggest that making the RG calculate the percentage share isn't exactly making their job easier.

Finding out what 2% of the current population Literally takes two seconds.
