That's an interesting change.
Miller might have helped Gore swing enough conservative voters when news broke of Bush's drunk driving arrest.
He would have helped in some parts of Florida, although it's not clear that he would have made up for Lieberman.
But it's also conceivable that Miller would have pushed some Gore voters to Nader, allowing Bush to win New Mexico, Wisconsin, Iowa and Oregon, states he lost by half a percentage point.
