The CMPA opposes the proposed heavy-handed reaction of the Administration and notes that attempting to respond to terrorist insurgencies in such ways generally does not end well.

I've not sued over that, but over something else. I doubt it gets far, but in the real world this would be, without a shadow of doubt, an illegal election.
