It's not Christmas yet... still Advent. Christmas starts on the 25th and carries on for 12 days :-)

Christmas starts in the evening of the 24th ("Heiligabend"), at least in Germany  Smiley

Sounds like the only German Christmas tradition that wasn't blatently stolen by us in the 19th Century Wink
