One of the most common sayings is “If you have one Nazi sitting a table with ten people, then you have ten Nazis sitting at the table”, often meaning that affiliation with something is support. Does that statement apply to current anti-Israel protesters, at least some of whom have strong antisemitic beliefs?

It only apply when the other side share table with a Nazi. When you do it, the Nazi is not a Nazi at all or it’s far more complex and blabla.
