Well, it's clear you don't know what's going on here in Spain. Respected artists/actors/authors don't want to create culture, literally, anymore. I recognize I've watched some films online, and I'll probably do that again,. But it doesn't mean that it's fair if I'm doing it.
And you haven't read much about Ley Sinde. I'm sure this blog would never be forbidden. There are many lies all over the internet saying it's a "fascist" law, but hey, things haven't changed at all since the Parliament passes it. It's only a message to pirates (Spain is the country with the highest percentage of ilegal downloads in Europe, IIRC).
Are you kidding me? They said that they will put a de facto "jury" that will say if a site is according to the laws or it isn't.
They could also reach America via interpol.
