No, simply those segments of the ruling class that get to live a life without want while most of mankind in subject to toil, hunger, and privation. All royalty fit that bill, as do all capitalists, big and small.

So it's the happy people. Nothing to do with their wealth. Just the fact they are comfortable is enough to earn your resentment, you deluded... something.
