Interesting that (unless I'm missing someone) all of the Senate's Mormons voted to confirm the first openly gay Cabinet secretary.

I mean, if you ignore the gay thing, Mayor Secretary Pete gives off a very Mormon vibe.

The Buttigiegs are really the epitome of conservative family values, not to the most extreme antigays but to everyday people's tastes.

What I find interesting is that Mitch more often votes for Biden's nominees than the rest of his caucus, especially all those not named Murkowski, Collins and Romney. He also voted for nearly all cabinet secretaries last year, including Mayor Pete.

Aren't Mitch and Joe kinda like friends?  I mean when you take politics out of it, aren't they rather amiable?
