Which "conservatism"? Actual political conservatism, roughly starting with political alignments in 19th Century France? Or what the American political right calls "conservatism", which is a kakistocratic mix of borderline facism, theocracy, white supremacy, heavy helpings of plutocracy and oligarchy, and recently a strong strain of outright cultism?
The first one is pretty easy. The second is likely undefinable, as it is the product of minds that are both disconnected from reality and participating in bad faith.
