Another meaningless pandering attempt after the fact by Obama. Just like with drilling in Alaska, which he approved and then "opposed" after the oil companies bailed on it, the Keystone was killed by the death of the Tar Sands project and the changes in the oil industry. Obama is just running out in front of the parade and pretending he's leading it.
