Anecdotally it's quite popular in Scotland (which is pretty f-n white), not simply amongst the young. There's been a lot of moves, some successful to divest pension funds from Israeli financial investments.

Any other countries? Is the US the only Western country where the BDS movement isn't popular with white people?

I mean, the US is the only Western country where universal healthcare isn't popular with white people. I don't think something as nebulous as support for BDS can be mapped so easily.
