No it doesn't.  Who says we can't vote on two bills addressing the same issue?  The real congress does it all the time.

I urge all senators to vote for this excellent new Tweed abortion bill.

There's a point to trying to redice the number of bills around...they're getting too many...no one is able to keep up with them.

Nah I won't, makes it seem even more arbitrary.

At first I thought "lunar" in "calendar or lunar" was referring to the poster Lunar, as he had just made a post...I got very confused for a while... Smiley
