Isn't the President pro tempore always a member of the majority party?

But no one currently has a majority
if Lewis wins and M too the progressive will have a majority

Aint' gonan happen though.

you mean b/c democrats will not let that happen? I thought you are for M writes in votes

Dems and Progressives combined will not let it happen. M won't be allowed to win and I think StevenNick is more likely than Lewis to get that seat. But who knows...
