Celtc tend to ignore everyone else in scotland to entertain delusions of being a really big european club, while Rangers are so hilarious that's it difficult to really hate them.
The answer probably depends on where you live. All the Celtic fans I know when it comes to football are awful, but that's because they're people from the east coast whose connection to Celtic is a great grandfather who went to Glasgow on a shopping trip once. Really it's glory hunters of all stripes who are the most insufferable, though a team like Lazio are probably objectively the worst.
