I voted 13% and I also see the 10-15% range as TRUMP's probable range, not because he'll get considerably more AA voters than Bush did but because Black Democrats won't feel as much of an urge to vote without Obama on the ticket. Fortunately for the Democrats, I also think that most of that drop off in BD participation will be in non-battleground states.
