The 10 week option would prevent the most abortions, so I'll go with that even though the government funding is reprehensible.

Not certain if this was what you meant, but a 10 week limit wouldn't prevent most abortions, tho it would prevent more than a viability limit.  Only about 1 in 5 abortions is performed after the tenth week as measured from last menstruation. Measure from date of conception and that rate goes down to 1 in 9 abortions.
