Depends on the sort of presidency he has.  If he does anything to convince the people who refuse to vote for him in the primaries now, that they were right to not vote for him, then yes.  I don't see being able to totally avoid the problem.  He will have to run a primary campaign in 2016.  Unless he really crosses the base, he'll have an easier time of it than he did this time, but there will be an opponent who gets enough delegates under this year's rules to have their name placed before the convention.  (The establishment may change the rules between now and 2016 if Romney is running for reelection.)
