Quite probably he would have been reelected.  At the time of his death, he was beginning to get a grip on the corruption surrounding him, so I think he would have been able to clean house enough to win renomination.  Unless something caused the disaster that was the 1924 Democratic National Convention, aka the Clanbake, to happen differently, the GOP was going to win in 1924 no matter who they had at the head of the ticket.
