He'll probably present some ridicolous proposal at the G8/G20.The fact that it's ridicolous doesn't mean he won't actually present it and be serious about it.

I just think this is one of those moments where he wanted to say something controversial, get some coverage and move on.  Wink

We'll see though. Either way, what a guy!
