You must remember that apparently NE Philly is really racist. If it's as racist as Phil claims it's a disgusting hellhole.

Certain parts are very racist and rather open about it. There are certainly very tolerant areas.

I wasn't trying to insult you, just the racists in NE Philly. And mostly a swipe at Phil at how he seems to be proud basically of his area's racism.
