he would win Georgia due to the homestate advantage.

Homestate advantage isn't enough for Carter. He is way too liberal to win there if the election was this year.

He would wins georgia no matter what he was or what he ran for

The  more liberal than he was in 1976 Jimmy Carter? I'm not so sure about that.
