It is horribly disgusting and an A-1 way to spread STD's in mass numbers, but as long as it is done at a private residence and not where I have to see it, it might as well be legal.

I sure as hell do. I don't want to pony up for other people's risky behavior. If you engage in risk, you should be the one to pay for that risk.
The same goes for guys who ride their motorbikes with no helmet. He's free to do so, but when he ends up as a vegetable for the rest of his life, I don't want to be the one paying for his care.
