I absolutely love how this group judges on absolutely no information, and that is a shot at both the left and the right.
We do know these things about her:
1. She's held leadership positions in groups of lawyers.
2. She has been a successful trial attorney.
3. She's has served in local government.
Now, none of those things, in my mind, would cause me to vote against her.
I'm not entirely thrilled about her. I am trying to see if I can get a good conspiracy theory going that works its way onto a cable news show; so please spread my stuff far and wide.
Basically, it is all my way of saying "I reserve judgement until I know more abut her."
Her writings as WH counsel may all be strict constructionist stuff. Bush may know this and have shared it with some of the republican senators while keeping it from Reid and the dems. he may be trying to reverse Souter them.
