Just Oakland, and this is from years and years of seeing the city decline in real-time...though I still prefer its pre-remodel LaGaurdia-esque airport to SFO's JFK or San Jose's Newark, and I can't argue against Fenton's much either.

The Oakland murder rate dropped a lot under mayor Ron Dellums, but the media didn't like him so he didn't run for re-election.
