Good news coming:
Clinton really made history, as the first democrat to win Orange County, CA despite losing the election.
I could say that the OC trend hard D despite the nation swings to R. OC will be PVI D+1 in 2017 and will be D+4 to D+5 by 2024.

Parallels of Kerry being the first Democrat in a long time to win historically hardcore Republican Alpine and Mono counties CA. Alpine is too close to call tonight, though.

It would need a lot of Republican votes unless Democrats manage to control very many states. They have Oregon and Connecticut right now, and I think that's it for states that haven't already passed it. Maybe after the midterms.
