Filibuster reform will probably be seen in 5-10 years. I think a lot of Senators are seeing the ridiculous abuses of it but they're unsure of how to deal with it for fear of their party getting bitten in the butt for it.

Republicans are always good at advancing the narrative that best fits our political needs. Tongue

I suppose that's how the filibuster will be ended.
